Panic! at the Disco is a pop rock/electronica band headquartered out of Las Vegas, Nevada. The band is constituted of Brendon Urie (vocals, guitar, keyboard) and his formative years friend, Spencer Smiths (drums), which includes their schoolmate, Ryan Ross (guitar, keyboard, backing vocals).
To advertise their track, the band made contact with Pete Wentz (of Fall Out Boy) as a result of his LiveJournal web site. Impressed through the band, Wentz in my view met with the band and signed them to his imprint label Decaydance. Under the label, the band launched their debut album, A Fever You Cant Sweat Out, which could debut at #112 at the Billboard 2 hundred album charts.
To date, the bands 2005 debut album, A Fever you Cant Sweat Out has bought over 750,000 sets. The band is at the moment headlining a North American summer season journey with The Dresden Dolls and The Hush Sound, a band additionally signed to Decaydance.
